The security deposit can be payed together with any of the last payments.

We refund the security deposit back within the first days after check-out.

cancellation policy simplicity

• 100% refund until 5 days after confirmation.

• Pay only 5% cancelling between 6 to 10 days after confirmation.*

• Pay only 15% cancelling between 11 to 20 days after confirmation.*

• Pay only 33,3% cancelling until 1 month before arrival.*

(*) we will still refund you the part you payed in advance, for those days that are re-booked by new guests after you cancel or if there are any goverment prohibitions.

We refund you by transferring you your money back (never in vouchers, tokens nor coupons).
