Please, do not pay the security deposit before the calendar year of your stay.

We refund the security deposit back within the first days after check-out.

cancellation policy simplicity

• 100% refund until 5 days after confirmation.

• We refund all minus 5% of the total, when cancelling between 6 to 10 days after confirmation.*

• We refund all minus 15% of the total, when cancelling between 11 to 20 days after confirmation.*

• We refund all minus 33,3% of the total, when cancelling until 1 month before arrival.*

  (*) we will still refund you even these smaller percentages, for those days that are re-booked by new guests after you cancel or, of course, if there are any government prohibitions during your booked dates.

  We refund you by transferring you your money back (never in vouchers, tokens nor coupons).
