security deposit

The security deposit can be payed together with the last payment.

Please, do not pay the security deposit before the calendar year of your stay.

We refund the security deposit back within the first days after check-out.

cancellation policy simplicity

• 100% refund until 5 days after confirmation.

• Pay only 5% cancelling between 6 to 10 days after confirmation.*

• Pay only 15% cancelling between 11 to 20 days after confirmation.*

• Pay only 33,3% cancelling until 1 month before arrival.*

  (*) we will still refund you the part you payed in advance, for those days that are re-booked by new guests after you cancel or if there are any government prohibitions.

  We refund you by transferring you your money back (never in vouchers, tokens nor coupons).
