Set in Llubí, Villa 7Teules is a charming traditional country villa that provides accommodation to whom wants to disconnect and get surrounded by land and nature, with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue enclosure and all you could need with in reach. The villa comes with a lush garden full of beautiful corners and wide open areas where you will feel at home during your stay.

6 separate bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, a separate barbecue area, dining areas and halls to enjoy indoor moments. No sharing with other guests, all for you, including the pool and garden. We, the hosts, can provide advice on the area at any time, in order to help you, the guests, plan your day and anything you will need during your stay. Check the villa’s amenities, because we try to help as much as possible so your stay is perfect and so you don’t need to carry unnecesary items in your luggage.
Villa 7Teules is 35 km (30 minutes away) from Palma de Mallorca (the island´s main city and where the airport is found) to which we are connected by motorway.
The “finca” enclosure has an extension of plenty of acres that provide privacy or if the weather helps, to go for a walk that includes a small Holm oak forest, a little stream (dry in the summer) and the always lovely view of the Tramuntana mountains. The surroundings of the villa and its extension are perfect for an early morning jog and countryside lovers.
The village of Llubí is less than 5 minutes away by car. We always would recommend hiring/renting a car. The villa is well connected by road with the rest of the island, there is also a train station half way between Llubí and the villa.
Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from, only 5 or 15 minutes away by car.
